Narcotics & Scrabble...

I recently had my Wisdom Teeth removed, and now I am on a medley of pain relievers which tend to skew my normally organized mind into a chaotic, can't-follow-a-single-train-of-thought-through, jumble. My parents take the "Words with Friends" game quite seriously when they play against each other, and since I wasn't feeling too swell my Dad, thinking it might cheer me up, decided to ask me if I would oblige him and play his turn. (I'm generally pretty awesome at the game.) Note I'm still on Vicodin at this point; I play "TREASON" for 16 points. The 'N' falls imbetween a 'Triple Word' and 'Triple Letter'; therefore, setting my Mom up for a huge score. I of course wasn't thinking of that and was glad I used six of his letters for him. He proceeds to exclaim, "What are you thinking??? You set her up for that! You dawg!!" To which I replied, " No, What are YOU thinking?? I'm on Narcotics and you think I can effectively play a game of Scrabble for you?!" Needless to say she got 48 points, and he hasn't asked again for help.

Why Oh Why?

I'll start off this blog by telling y'all why I blog in the first place. I began this blog because after reading quite a few blogs and wanting more, and thinking I had decently humorous, yet long stories, I figured I would create a blog. I don't necessarily think it will be that huge of a hit, but let's see! In my group of friends I'm known as the funny one, mostly because I know exactly when to add remarks. *Yay for timing!* I never really thought of being a blogger, simply because that's not something you hear about people doing in this little Texas town where I'm from. I got myself involved in coding and other nerdy things and web logs happened to be included. ...So Enjoy? Enjoy!
